Have you reached the point in your cooking career where you are ready to become a certified chef? If you have, come join us for one of these two-week classes that end with the American Culinary Federation (ACF) chef’s practical exams. During the course you will receive your refresher courses in sanitation, nutrition, and supervisory development. You will also refresh your knife skills and hone your other cooking skills to get you ready for your practical exam. At the beginning of the class we will determine with you the level of certification you are eligible for and work you through at least two timed practices for your practical exam. The course is open to people seeking to achieve their Certified Culinarian (CC), Certified Sous Chef (CSC), Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC), and Certified Executive Chef (CEC). Testing fee: 200.00 (includes supplies for the practical) You must register separately for the practical exam. It is always held on the last day of each class.
If you do not need the class, only the practical exam, you may register for this separately. The practical exams are held on the last day of each two-week class.
