Earn NCCER Credentials:

 

Students graduating in this program earn their ID card as a registered member of the National Center for Construction, Education and Research (NCCER). FCTC’s Carpentry program prepares graduates in many areas:
 

 • Measuring, cutting, and joining skills
 • Utilizing power tools safely and proficiently
 • Applying adhesives
 • Designing cabinetry and furniture
 • Applying finishes
 • Stripping and refinishing antique furniture
 • Cabinet installation
