Night Fest is a new cooking competition featuring local cuisine. First Coast Technical College’s School of Culinary Arts created a signature dish of Roasted Datil Pepper Shrimp Pilau specifically for this event and plans to win the competition! Datil peppers grown in AgriScience!
Judging and prizes are determined by tickets sold…so, come enjoy delicious food while you support FCTC students and don’t miss your chance to eat and star gaze under our lovely light at the St. Augustine Lighthouse. Fun for the whole family!
