The long tradition of excellence in producing skilled manpower for the region saw another class graduate on June 2, 2015. Of the 138 students from 8 surrounding counties in 21 different programs, 67 walked across the stage to receive their diplomas.
The June 2015 class included 23 who graduted with honors as well.
Eighty eight students from St. Johns county, followed by 24 from Putnam, and eight each from Duval and Flagler completed their program. Similarly, three each from Clay, Columbia, two from Marion, and one each from Nassau and St. Lucie also completed their programs.
President Sandra L. Raburn-Fortner welcomed friends and families of the students, dignitaries, and other attendees on the occassion. President Raburn-Fortner, along with FCTC Board Chair Carol Alford, and St. Johns County School Superintendent Dr. Joseph Joyner congratulated all the graduates.
The ceremony was followed by cakes, prepared by the culinary students, and drinks.
