Welcome to First Coast Technical College!
As FCTC’s new President, I’m excited about the rewarding new careers that we offer. Our faculty and staff are eager to help you get started on the path toward fulfilling your personal and professional goals. We currently offer 28 certification programs that lead to high wage jobs that are in demand and we will continue to add to our offerings, giving new opportunities to our students.
FCTC’s programs have been prepared with input from local business leaders, ensuring our students learn the skills that employers are seeking when making hiring decisions. Additionally, when preparing for graduation, FCTC strives to match our students to prospective employers. Our success is measured by our students’ success!
Undecided which career is best for you or wondering how to get started? Our Student Advisors are here to help. They will explore your goals, offer aptitude and interest assessments, and give you options for a perfect fit. They can also introduce you to additional campus services which will make your college experience more enjoyable.
As a public college, our tuition is well below the cost of private colleges.
FCTC helps students obtain state and federal financial aid. In some instances we can also assist with transportation and childcare.
We encourage our students to fund their education through the use of grants, relieving them of the burden of student loan repayment after graduation. Starting your career debt-free is a great feeling!
