Head Chef/Kitchen Manager

Job Description:
Unique opportunity to build your own menu and kitchen from the ground up!  We are looking for a self-starter who can help us manage the “Breakfast” side to our new Bed & Breakfast!  Responsibilities include developing a creative breakfast menu, preparing breakfasts for B&B guests, monitoring food stocks for all ingredients and making appropriate orders within budget, checking kitchen equipment for proper functionality and alerting owners to any maintenance issues, adhering to health and safety standards, and managing a Sous Chef.  If you know someone you’d like to bring on as your Sous Chef – please let us know!

Hours:
Morning Shift, 5 days a week (schedule to be discussed)

Starting Pay:
$15-20/hour

Minimum Requirements:
Ability to work independently and lead others, attention to detail and organizational skills, knowledge of sanitation principles and food preparation.
