Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
Administrative Support Personnel have a basic understanding of relevant software applications including MS Office, are able to operate office equipment, and possess a high school
diploma or equivalent.

Administrative support personnel are generally responsible for functions associated with the servicing of clients through customer contacts, relationships, generation of correspondence, data entry, file maintenance and other duties as requested or needed to maintain the efficient processing of
documents and communications within the firm’s internal operations.

In addition to the above items, Administrative Support Personnel are also evaluated on the following attributes:

• Leadership and training skills
• Client relationships
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Integrity
• Personal attitude and conduct, both on
and off the field

8am – 5pm M-F

Starting Pay:

Minimum Requirements:
Solid 3 years or more of customer service and general office experience
Managing phones, filing of paperwork, scanning, faxing, emailing documents, postal mail, Woretc.

Professional appearance,, demeanor and communications (written and verbal)

Moderate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.

Ability to work full-time 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday and overtime as needed during seasonal deadlines.

Applicants with knowledge or experience in tax assembly, scanning, auto flow will receive preference

Strong comfort level with technology and learning new programs

Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
