We are currently seeking the best talent for our Shift Maintenance Engineer position for our Engineering Department.
The Shift Maintenance Engineer is responsible for completing maintenance projects throughout the resort. This includes, but is not limited to plumbing, HVAC, electrical and general repairs and maintenance. This position reports to the Maintenance Engineering Supervisor.
The successful candidate will be able to:
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, complete projects
• Maintain tracking for all maintenance requests using Hotel Systems and all other logs for outside inspectors
• Follow safe working procedures and adhere to all regulatory compliance
• Walk or stand for the entire shift
• Demonstrate knowledge of plumbing, electrical, building repair, motors, and general maintenance
• Provide strong customer service skills by engaging positively with guests and quickly responding to requests
• Prioritize assignments and communicate effectively
• Identify safety issues and resolve
Previous experience in the trades in a residential or hotel/resort environment preferred. College or trade degree is beneficial.

Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in the trades in a residential or hotel/resort environment preferred. College or trade degree is beneficial.
