FCTC is an accredited site for proctoring both written and practical exams for the American Culinary Federation (ACF). For written and practical exams, you must create logins and accounts with both the American Culinary Federation and Comira websites which are listed below.
Availability for practical exams is limited. To view the calendar, click on Florida ACF then select the date you want to begin registering.
Written exams may be taken any time during normal school hours. To register for the written exam, go through Comira.
