Head Cake Decorator/ Head Baker
This position is the backbone of the business and requires hustle, high standards, organization, fresh ideas, an eye for design, willingness to improvise and get the job done efficiently.
You will be responsible for baking and decorating 4-5 days a week with weekends a must; shifts generally start at 5:30am. You will produce mostly cupcakes, and single and multi-tiered cakes for special orders including weddings, some of which require delivery and setup. Must present yourself in a professional manner and communicate with customers for custom orders. Must work well with other staff members and able to delegate.
Starting Pay: 14.00 + tips and commission
Intermediate baking and cake decorating skills. Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and around the holidays.
