LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
The LPN will provide high level patient care in a specialty physician office setting by measuring and recording vital signs, placing patients in exam rooms, reviewing medical history, preparing patients for exams/procedures, quality chart documentation, stocking exam rooms, and assist in ensuring medication refills and DME supply forms are completed. The LPN will also provide patient care by administering medications, processing patient phone calls per practice protocols, instructing patients regarding health care and treatments, and providing health care provider with information pertaining to patients’ health status. The LPN will be required to travel to Jacksonville for training.
$2500 Sign on bonus given at one year of employment
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Current LPN license in good standing. CPR certification. One year of ambulatory/office care. EMR experience. Knowledge of ICD 10 and CPT codes is preferred. The LPN should display initiative, have the ability to multitask and manage large patient volumes while providing outstanding patient/customer service. Must be caring and compassionate with warm and friendly demeanor.
