Job Description:
Full Time Parts and Service Writer
Primary Responsibilities:
Ordering, Receiving, Posting Parts
Writing and Closing Repair Tickets
Filing Warranty Claims
Communicating with Customers
Communicating with Suppliers
Secondary Responsibilities:
Assisting the Front Desk
Assisting Rentals as needed
All other areas as needed
We are a small company that sells, services and rents powersports equipment such as; Scooters, ATVs, Golf Carts, Dirt Bikes, Go Karts, etc. We have been serving St. Augustine since 1999.
Hours:
10am-6pm , 7 days a week
Starting Pay:
$12/hr
Minimum Requirements:
General knowledge of the mechanical components of vehicles, such as the of an engine, suspension, electrical system, carburetor, fuel injector, etc.
General knowledge of tune up and service requirements of combustion engines, tires, etc.
Basic computer skills for the online ordering of parts, downloading parts manuals, filing warranty claims, emailing estimates, etc.
Clean and professional appearance.
Physically fit enough to ride and roll bikes, ATVs, Go Karts, etc.
