We are seeking LPNs for our Assisted Living to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care under direction of the DON and Physicians
  • Administer prescribed medications and; Coordinate care and treatments.
  • Provide companionship and basic care to Residents
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
  • Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding Resident care
  • Educate Residents about health maintenance and disease prevention
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Provide advice and emotional support to Residents and their family members
  • Qualifications:
  • Desire to work at a 5 star – Governor’s Gold Seal awarded Facility
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Be self-directed and accountable
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 per hour
