Pediatric Dental Assistant
Schedule: 37 Hours | 4 Days a Week | No Fridays
We’re seeking a skilled, confident Pediatric Dental Assistant who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality care with professionalism. Our dentist values efficiency, direct communication, and a strong focus on patient care. The right candidate will be self-motivated, steady under pressure, and able to take initiative while working as part of a collaborative team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide chairside assistance to our pediatric dentist with accuracy and efficiency
- Support children and families by creating a calm, professional, and reassuring experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and kid-friendly clinical environment
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Accept feedback constructively and use it to continually improve skills
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of dental assisting experience required (pediatric experience preferred)
- Confidence in your clinical skills and ability to work independently once trained
- Professional, composed demeanor with children, families, and colleagues
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A proactive, growth-minded approach to learning and teamwork
