Dental Front Desk Receptionist
Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual? Our growing Endodontic Practice is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Schedule appointments
- Handle patient check-ins, check-outs, and insurance verification
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Ensure a smooth and professional front office experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a dental office preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental software is a plus (we use MacPractice)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
