Position: Community Paramedic

- Schedule: 2-2-3 (every other weekend off)
- Pay: $32.50/hour
- Incentive: Increases to $34.50/hour upon earning CP-C certification (Community Paramedic Certification through IBSC) within two years of hire

Candidate Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience as a licensed paramedic
- Must hold active ACLS and BLS certifications
- 911 and/or hospital experience is highly preferred
- Licensed in the state of Florida
- Willing to obtain CP-C certification within two years (support and resources provided)
About the Role:
This position supports our innovative hospital-at-home model, allowing paramedics to deliver high-acuity care for conditions such as infections, heart failure, pneumonia, and post-surgical recovery, in the comfort of the patient’s home.
As an on-site extension of a virtual clinical team, Community Paramedics coordinate with remote physicians and nurses to execute treatment plans, assess patients, respond to urgent needs, and support recovery. This role is deeply rewarding and impactful, helping patients heal both physically and mentally by avoiding hospital stays and receiving care in a more familiar, comfortable environment.
