Field Technicians – Nationwide Low Voltage & Tech Install Projects
Midnight Tech, LLC is growing fast and actively hiring Field Technicians across the country for ongoing low-voltage and technology infrastructure projects. These include structured cabling, POS installations, network hardware rollouts, and more. Whether you’re a seasoned tech or just getting started, we want to hear from you.

Position Overview:
- Travel to commercial job sites to complete hands-on technical installs and service work
- Handle structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6), POS systems, routers, switches, and related hardware
- Perform installations, terminations, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Use tools such as cable testers, ohmmeters, and multimeters to ensure proper functionality
- Follow project instructions, submit required documentation, and update the team regularly
- Provide reliable and professional service at every customer location
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with low-voltage systems, structured cabling, or tech installations preferred
- Ability to use basic tools and follow remote instructions independently
- Strong work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally depending on project needs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with nationwide rollouts, POS upgrades, or rack-and-stack work
- Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and install guides
- Basic understanding of IP networking
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience

Pay: $17.00 – $60.00 per hour
