Experienced Lash and Brow Artist

Responsibilities:
- Perform lash services (Classic, Hybrid, Volume) with precision and efficiency
- Conduct thorough consultations and guide clients on aftercare
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively with team and management regarding client concerns or needs
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and performance reviews
Compensation & Growth:
- Competitive pay structure (hourly or commission-based, depending on experience)
- Stylists at iGlam typically earn $700–$1,200/week based on experience, efficiency, and availability
- Commission opportunities for qualified artists
- Performance bonuses and advancement opportunities
- Eligible for stylist growth path promotions with compensation increases
- Ongoing coaching and education available
Requirements:
- Valid Florida cosmetology, full specialist, or facial specialist license
- Demonstrated skill in Classic lash application (Hybrid/Volume highly preferred)
- Must be available at least 32 hours per week (some Saturday availability required, closed Sundays)
- Must be willing to close at least two shifts per week

Preferred but Not Required:
- Prior lash salon experience with full service menu (Classic, Hybrid, Volume)
- Handmade Volume Fans
- Brow experience (waxing or threading)
