WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE (AKA: WHERE YOU SHINE)
7:30 AM Sharp
– You’re prepping surgical suites and leading the charge in morning huddle.
You confidently manage your own column (surgeries + consults like a pro).
Sterile, organized, flawless operatories? That’s your standard.
You take vitals, health histories, meds, radiographs, and clinical photos with accuracy and confidence.
Clinical notes & letters done by end of day — detailed, complete, no loose ends.
Four-handed dentistry is your zone — you anticipate the doctor’s needs before they even say a word.
You help keep the entire clinic flowing — turnovers, sterilization, chart prep, shutdown. You see it. Youhandle it.
You are the reason the day runs smoothly.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
At least 1 year of dental assisting experience OR completion of a dental assisting program
Detail-obsessed (because surgical = precision)
Calm under pressure and thrives in a busy clinical environment
A team player who jumps in without being asked
Organized, proactive, and always one step ahead
Eager to grow — we LOVE teaching and expanding skills in surgery!

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
1–2 Fridays per month as needed
