Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services is a Palatka based HVAC contractor that provides service, installation and maintenance service throughout Palatka, St. Augustine, and the Northeast Florida Region including Putnam, Duval, St. Johns and Alachua counties. We are a family owned and operated business which has been providing Five Star HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) services for over 60 years! We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your home’s heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and filter changes
- Operate various hand tools and gauges
- Exhibit Superior Customer Service skills at all times
- Communicate with Customers effectively regarding work being performed or to be performed
- Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts and installation teams
- Maintain a clean work vehicle
- Maintain truck inventory and stock
- Complete necessary paperwork
- Maintain professional appearance
- Participate in continued training allowing you to grow and develop professionally
Qualifications
- 1 year of HVAC Maintenance experience preferred
- Mechanical background
- EPA Certification
- Strong time management skills
- Desire to exceed expectations and provide quality Customer Service
- Must have valid license
- Service Titan Experience a PLUS!
Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment
