Artic Air Conditioning and Home Services is a Palatka based HVAC contractor that provides service, installation and maintenance service throughout Palatka, St. Augustine, and the Northeast Florida Region including Putnam, Duval, St. Johns and Alachua counties. Job Overview

As an HVAC Service Technician you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers enjoy comfort in their homes with efficient and effective heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. This position requires technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Effectively service, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair heat pumps
Perform routine maintenance and filter changes
Operate various hand tools and gauges
Exhibit Superior Customer Service skills at all times
Communicate with Customers effectively regarding work being performed or to be performed
Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts and installation teams
Maintain a clean work vehicle
Maintain truck inventory and stock
Complete necessary paperwork
Maintain professional appearance
Participate in continued training allowing you to grow and develop professionally
