Job Description:
Responsibilities
Wash, cut and prep ingredients for manu items
Plate dishes according to chef instructions
Keep prep station and kitchen area clean
Prepare and cook food in timely manner, in order of ticket time
Restock kitchen items
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment as needed
Other duties as assigned
Skills
Proficiency in cooking a variety of dishes
Ability to learn new menu items and cook them with consistency
Team player and ability to work with changing staff
Safe food and knife handling
Keep up to date all food handlers and safety certificates/training
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Hours:
Part Time, Thurs – Saturday & Special Events, 5pm – (10-12am)
Starting Pay:
$16
Minimum Requirements:
Some experience in Culinary
Classes/Training at Culinary Institute
Desire to work in a high paced restaurant setting under a chef
