We are seeking a senior stylist for a salon manager position at our Oakleaf location.

This individual should be capable of leading a team of stylists, be hard working, leading by example, having the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. The ideal Manager / Stylist needs a valid Florida Barbering or Cosmetology license and a love for children along with previous salon management experience.

We offer a fun, fast-paced salon environment with excellent earning potential averaging between $30 to $45 per hour—including hourly wages, tips, and commissions—plus a $750 Sign-On Retention Bonus!

As an Experienced Children’s Hair Stylist, you’ll provide high-quality haircuts while creating a fun, stress-free experience for our young clients. At Cookie Cutters, we focus on making haircuts enjoyable, ensuring every child feels comfortable and leaves with a smile!

Hair Stylist Requirements:

· Good communication and customer service skills

· Willingness to learn, earn and grow

· Create a positive and engaging experience for every client

· Maintain a clean organized work station

· Ability to learn simple POS system

· Available to work weekends

· Stay up to date on the latest hairstyle trends for children

· Must have an active Florida Cosmetology or Barber license.
