HVAC Install Helper
Creeks Air Conditioning & Heating, a leading provider of cutting-edge home improvement products for over a decade, is expanding its Install team. We’re on a mission to deliver outstanding customer experiences while creating incredible opportunities for our employees.
As our company continues to grow, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Install Team as an HVAC Install Helper.
Why you can expect in this role:
- Assist in the installation of HVAC systems.
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for each job site.
- Measure, cut, and fit pipes and ducts according to specifications.
- Ensure tools and materials are properly organized and maintained.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas during and after installations.
- Support the team with other duties as assigned by the Lead Installer or supervisor.
The skills/experience you’ll need to be considered for this role:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction or HVAC.
- Basic understanding of tools and mechanical systems.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
