As our company continues to grow, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Service Team as a Lead HVAC Service Technician.

Why you can expect in this role:

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical components.
• Test HVAC systems for proper operation and safety.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites.

The skills/experience you’ll need to be considered for this role:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and hand tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
