Full-Time | 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Join a fast-paced, supportive surgical team where your skills truly make a difference in patient care. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-driven Dental Surgical Assistant who thrives in a clinical environment and enjoys working closely with both patients and providers.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Kick off each day at 7:30 AM—prepare surgical suites and participate in the morning team huddle.
• Manage your own column of patients (surgeries + consults) with confidence and professionalism.
• Set up, break down, and maintain fully sterile surgical operatories.
• Take consult patients’ vitals, health histories, medications, radiographs, and clinical photos.
• Complete all clinical notes and letters by end of day—accuracy and detail matter!
• Provide seamless four-handed dentistry and anticipate the doctor’s needs during procedures.
• Support teammates with room turnover, sterilization, and daily clinical flow.
• Assist with chart prep, end-of-day shutdown, and keeping the clinic running smoothly.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience or completion of a dental assisting program.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork mindset, and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment.
• Someone proactive who anticipates needs, stays one step ahead, and keeps the day moving efficiently.
• A willingness to learn and assist in all surgical procedures—we’ll support your growth!

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
• 1–2 Fridays per month as needed
• Occasional emergency cases may require staying past 5:00 PM
