Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid to travel? Gardner-Watson Decking is seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join our nationwide team of Installers.
Gardner-Watson has a variety of projects ongoing throughout the US.
As an Installer, you’ll be on the front lines of installing high-quality sheet metal decking systems across the country. This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to see the country, work with a tight-knit crew, and build something that lasts.

What We’re Looking For:
• Willingness and ability to travel nationwide is a must.
• Strong work ethic and physical stamina and ability to work 2-5 stories in the air.
• A team player with a can-do attitude.
• Candidate should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Hours:
45-55 hours/week
Starting Pay:
22.00/hour or more
