We’re Seeking
A licensed Esthetician who blends skillful hands with a heart for guidance, thriving in consultative sales and long-term relationships. You lead with warmth and wisdom, inspiring clients and team alike in a space where every moment restores.
Sales Through Care & Leadership Through Presence
- Inspire clients with thoughtful care plans, recommended products, and programs that support real transformation.
- Follow up with intention, checking in to support—not just to complete tasks.
- Mentor junior team members, nurturing growth in communication, service flow, and trust-building.
- Partner with leadership to elevate the client journey and strengthen our shared standards.
Client Experience & Services
Offer advanced treatments: facials, peels, and skin tightening with reverence.
- Guide heartfelt consultations that honor the whole person, crafting personalized care plans.

- Nurture client progress with adjusted treatment paths, ensuring lasting renewal.
- Educate with care on homecare rituals, membership pathways, and the power of consistency.

That’s why this full-time role runs just four high-impact days:
- Tuesday & Thursday: 9:50 AM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday & Friday: 8:50 AM – 6:00 PM
- Enjoy 3 days off each week to rest, recharge, and return inspired.
Who You Are
- Licensed Esthetician in Florida with 2+ years in aesthetic care and 3+ years experience in sales related positions.
- A warm, intuitive presence who values connection over transaction, excelling in guiding with skill and heart.
- Confident in inspiring sales without pressure, with a gift for clear, grounded communication.
- Attuned and intentional, comfortable using EMR/POS systems to support each client’s path.
- Bilingual English/ Spanish

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
