Job Description:
Dynamic Drives & Design sells, services and customizes new and used golf carts and street-legal LSVs in Jacksonville Beach, and is an authorized Atlas, Dach, PilotCar and Honor LSV dealer. The technician will diagnose and repair electric golf carts and LSVs (controllers, motors, wiring, chargers, batteries, brakes, steering, suspension), install lithium battery conversions, accessories and custom builds, run pre-delivery inspections and reconditioning, write repair notes and explain repairs to customers, and train alongside our lead tech to grow into the Shop Foreman role. We’d like the hire to start in the coming weeks (as soon as possible, November 2026) so they can train before our busy season in early 2027. Full-time, 1 opening; part-time available for current students, with a path to full-time. Related programs: Automotive Service Technology, Electricity/Electrical, Diesel. Requirements: Electrical and mechanical experience; diagnostic, troubleshooting and repair skills; strong customer service; valid driver’s license. Recent or soon-to-be trade school grads encouraged. ASE/OEM certifications a plus; own basic hand tools a plus.
