Now looking for a Maintenance Tech II to join our team at Grande Villas at World Golf Village. This outstanding resort is a hidden gem and a year-round destination in St. Augustine, FL.
Rate of pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Open availability, our department operates between the hours of 7:00 am – 11:30 pm including weekends and holidays

What will I be doing?
•Painting, stucco, texturing, drywall, staining, knockdown and popcorn ceilings.
•Troubleshoot plumbing fixtures including drain cleaning.
•Replace light bulbs and ballasts
•Repair closet/drapery tracks, replacement of furniture, stain furniture, and repair knicks and gouges.
•Establishes a clear line of communication with the engineering leadership.
•Assist other maintenance staff on special projects.
*Eligibility: All U.S. hourly Team Members not represented by a labor organization or subject to collective bargaining agreement
Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•CPO or EPA not required but preferred
•Must be proficient in English (verbal & written)
•Must have at least 3 or more years working within building maintenance (hotel, resort, apartment buildings)
•Must have a valid driver’s license – Team Members do drive golf carts off the property and across a main road
•Can climb stairs and work on ladders up to 40 feet, push/pull up to 100 lbs., lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and grasp, stoop, and reach overhead with or without reasonable accommodations.
