Job Description:
The Line Cook job consists of Executing Harry’s recipes, maintain health and cleanliness standards, and contribute to the daily success of the restaurant in a fast paced, high volume kitchen environment.

Minimum Requirements:
A Line Cook should possess the following Qualifications & Experience:
General knowledge of cooking procedures, weights, and measurements
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to company specs, recipes, and quality standards
Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain positive attitude
Commitment to follow Harry’s safety and sanitation policies
Demonstrate a high level of organization, cleanliness, and a sense-of-urgency
Flexible schedule with the ability to work: days, nights, weekends and some holidays
