Holistic Wellbeings Skin Spa & Massage Clinic is looking for a dedicated, compassionate and driven Licensed Esthetician that is ready to make a difference in peoples skin and lives! We are offering a unique opportunity for a Licensed Esthetician to grow their clientele with a jump start to their client list upon hiring. As an Esthetician with Holistic Wellbeings you would be responsible for delivering high quality esthetic services, assisting clients with home care routines and building your books through maintaining your own social media or other means. You will quickly gain an exceptional knowledge of our select professional grade skin care brands that you will use to tailor treatments and routines for clients. This is a 1099 contracted position. Linens and laundry service included!
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client relations by addressing client needs and concerns through active listening and compassionate guidance.
- Bringing in new clientele with HWB support
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with health regulations and HWB standards.
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials and waxing.
- Utilize spa provided software for scheduling, managing client appointments and sales.
- Promote retail products and services through effective and low pressure sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Licensed and insured to perform facials and waxing services
- Proficient in derma-planing, peels, facial massage, waxing and skin care knowledge
- Proficient in women’s Brazilian waxing would be a plus
- Dual licensed would be a plus
- Outgoing personality
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 – $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 18 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Choose your own hours
- Day shift
- No weekends
- Weekends as needed
