Taylor Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team!

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine service on heating and air conditioning equipment.
- Install HVAC equipment and related components as needed.
- Identify system issues and provide customers with clear repair recommendations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
- Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate a company-provided service vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
- Participate in the company’s rotating after-hours on-call schedule (mandatory).
Requirements:
- Previous HVAC service experience is required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
