Fabricator I
Primary Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures using various tools and equipment
- Weld, cut, grind, and measure materials to ensure accuracy and quality of finished products
- Maintain equipment and tools
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in welding, cutting, grinding, and measuring materials
- Must have Aluminum welding experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Manual dexterity to evaluate, install, and modify equipment
- Ability to work efficiently in non-climate-controlled environments
- Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, and chemicals
