Licensed Nail Technician
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering any if not all of the following nail services
- manicures
- pedicures
- dipping powder
- builder gel
- gel manicures
- gel pedicures
- acrylic nails
- gel x full set(s)
- lash extensions
We do provide on the job training for any and all of these services if you are interested in learning and expanding your skill set.
Responsibilities
- Provide_ high-quality nail services_ such as manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a welcoming environment for clients.
- Offer exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in_ nail art_ and techniques to provide clients with innovative options.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend products for home maintenance.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting nail care products and services.
- Collaborate with other beauty professionals in the salon to enhance overall client experience.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology, full specialist or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Experience in salon environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Ability to collaborate and be kind with fellow co-workers, we are a Girl’s Girl salon
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
