Licensed Esthetician
We are seeking a skilled and passionate independent Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services that enhance the well-being and appearance of our clients. Duties
- Provide a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, dermabrasion, and deep tissue massages.
- Utilize salon software, specifically MINDBODY, to manage appointments and client records efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Perform hair extension services as requested by clients.
- Assist at the front desk with guest services, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and esthetics to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Use straight razor techniques when necessary for specific treatments.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Familiarity with salon software systems, particularly MINDBODY, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Experience in providing guest services that enhance the overall client experience.
- Knowledge of various skincare techniques and products is essential; additional skills in hair extensions or deep tissue massage are a plus.
