Nail Technician/Esthetician
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of nail care techniques and trends, providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. As a Nail Technician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through your expertise in nail services.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend products for at-home maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and techniques to provide innovative services.
- Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided.
- Collaborate with other beauty professionals in the salon to enhance overall client experience.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by state regulations.
- Proficiency in various nail techniques including but not limited to nail care, hair extensions, barbering, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of color theory and its application in nail design.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Ability to sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in the work area consistently.
- Previous experience in retail sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
