Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments
- Provide deep tissue massages to promote relaxation and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere through excellent hospitality and customer service skills.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles and practices.
- Proficient in deep tissue massage techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Familiarity with med spa services is a plus.
