Nail Technician
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nail care and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism.
Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting nail colors and designs that best suit their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions and eyebrow wax services.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that enhance clients’ nail care routines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and beauty treatments to provide clients with innovative options.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology license or certification in nail technology.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
- Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Additional skills in body waxing are a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
