HVAC Technician
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and ventilation systems.
- Perform system inspections, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance to ensure peak efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Accurately troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings and recommendations to clients in clear, professional terms.
Responsibilities
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Have 3+ years of HVAC service experience (both residential and light commercial preferred)
- Brazing / Soldering experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Tools of the trade and the ability to bring them to the jobsite
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- EPA 608 Certification (Required)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The hourly rate for this position is $24.00 – 28.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
