Live-in caregiver for elderly couple
Job Description:
I need care for my elderly parents. My mom has Alzheimer’s and mainly needs reminders and companionship, but my dad has many physical issues and needs help with all ADLs. They will need meal-prep and light house cleaning as well.
This would be a perfect job for an LPN student or new graduate with an LPN license to get experience in a less stressful setting. The hours are flexible and can work around a school schedule or even a second job.
Their house is not big, but the live-in caregiver will have a private room with a TV and Wi-Fi; a semi-private bathroom and access to the sitting room, living room, kitchen, laundry, screened porch, etc. The Shores is a private community with parks, bike paths, pool and community center. The bedroom can be furnished or you can bring your own furniture. You will need your own transportation.
Hours:
Flexible, part-time or full-time
Starting Pay:
$500 – $800/week depending on experience and certification.
Minimum Requirements:
CNA certification but prefer LPN
