Renata Well Spa is seeking an experienced Part-Time Licensed Facial Specialist, aka Aesthetician, to join our growing team! We are a luxury medical spa that is independently owned and operated located in Saint Augustine/World Golf Village, Florida.

Renata Well Spa offers a full variety of spa treatments for our Aestheticians (please review RenataWellSpa.com). Our facials include a wide variety that will help the skin to renew, restore and revitalize. We are provide a very high standard of care for all of our Guests.
Our Aestheticians earn competitive wages as an employee with $16.00 – $19.00 /hour plus gratuity, 10% product commissions, and employee wellness perks.
Renata Well Spa gives in-house training for CryoSkin Therapy and Secret RF Microneedling and DiamondGlow and Red Light Therapy (weight loss). We also provide a full line of SkinMedica medical skincare offerings, Infrared Sauna, and much more!
Job description:
- Performs professional quality facials within scope of practice and licensing, based on guest’s individual needs.
- Assists in promotion of the health and wellness benefits to members/guests receiving routine skincare and stress management.
- SkinMedica product education and achievement of monthly sales goals
- Assists in the cleanliness of the location (treatment rooms and common areas and laundry).
- Creates excellent guest experience through friendly and helpful attitude.
- Completes wellness chart documentation accurately and completely.
- Communicates various promotions to guests.
- Maintain social media for the spa services.
- Follows all company policies and protocols such as confidentiality, HIPPA law.
- Promote the company mission: customized wellness and beauty to all Guests
- Treat customers with respect, discreet, sensitivity regardless of their differences
- Other duties as assigned.
Professional Skills
- 2 years Current hands-on experience
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written)
- Courteous and professional manner
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality.
- Medical spa experience is a bonus
- Tuesday – Saturday (Schedule to be determined)

Aesthetician (Facial Specialist) Requirements:
- Active Florida State Licensed Facial Specialist
- 2 years hands-on and current experience
- Knowledge of and experience in performing facials
- Lash Lift and Tint knowledge, Lash Extensions (desirable)
- Friendly, reliable, punctual, positive and goal-driven
- Professional Appearance with attention to detail
- A passion for working with people
- A team player who strives to provide wonderful customer service
