We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Dental Rover Assistant to join our team! As a Rover Assistant, you will help maintain smooth daily operations by filling in where needed—whether assisting chairside, supporting sterilization, or covering front-office tasks.

As a Rover Assistant, you will help maintain smooth daily operations by filling in where needed—whether assisting chairside, supporting sterilization, or covering front-office tasks.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and or seat patients into the treatment area and ensure their comfort
- Assist dentists and hygienists during procedures and exams
- Check schedule to clean treatment rooms when patients leave
- Take vital signs and accurately update medical histories
- Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and treatment rooms
- Always maintain proper infection control procedures
- Support front-office duties, including scheduling and patient check-in/out when needed.
- Help maintain inventory, stock supplies, and support overall workflow
- Adapt quickly to varying team needs and office environments
Qualifications
- Previous dental office experience (1–2 years minimum)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if traveling between locations)
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and provide high-quality patient care in different settings
- Positive, team-focused attitude and strong work ethic
