Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a skilled and motivated Orthodontic Assistant who brings great energy, attention to detail, and a love for patient care. Prior orthodontic assisting experience is required—we’re looking for someone who’s confident in the clinic and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, patient-centered practice.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the orthodontist during bonding, debonding, wire changes, and aligner appointments
- Capture orthodontic records including photos, X-rays, and digital scans
- Keep treatment areas spotless and organized—because details matter!
- Remove and replace archwires, ligatures, and attachments as directed
- Educate patients on appliance care, hygiene tips, and what to expect along their smile journey
- Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication with our team and patients
- Bring positive energy and professionalism to every patient interaction
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Orthodontic assisting experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Friendly, team-oriented, and great with kids and parents alike
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital imaging/scanning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- CPR and radiology certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
