About the Position
We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician who is also trained in lash extensions to join our team one day per week to start. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build a clientele, gain hands-on experience in a medical spa environment, and grow into additional days and responsibilities as demand increases.
Starting in January, our clinic hours are Tuesday–Friday, and we will add additional days as the business continues expanding. As your books grow, your hourly rate and earning potential will grow with you.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality lash extension services (classic, hybrid, volume preferred)
- Provide esthetic services including: Custom facials, dermaplaning, basic skincare treatments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
- Educate clients on home-care products and treatment plans
- Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with The Edge Aesthetics brand
- Assist with occasional front-desk or spa support tasks during slow periods (light duties)
Requirements
- Active Florida Esthetician or Cosmetology License
- Training/experience in lash extensions (certification required)
- Strong attention to detail and passion for client results
- Professional, friendly, and reliable
- Willingness to learn new treatments as we grow (additional training provided)
Schedule
- Part-time: 1 day per week to start
- Additional days may be added based on demand and performance
- Must be available during our operating hours (Tues–Fri)
Compensation
- Hourly pay starting at $18hr
- Hourly rate increases as your clientele builds as well as opportunity to become full-time
- Tips + commission opportunities on retail and add-ons
