Turmeric Beauty Care is a boutique spa in St. Augustine, FL, dedicated to holistic skincare and wellness. We specialize in customized facials, Ayurvedic techniques, and high-quality skincare, using and retailing Circadia and Skin Scriptproducts. Our goal is to provide a relaxing yet results-driven experience for our clients.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Part-Time Licensed Esthetician (2-5 years of experience) who is passionate about skincare, open to learning Ayurvedic facial techniques, and confident in recommending professional skincare products. This role also includes waxing services and body treatments creating an exceptional spa experience for our clients.
The ideal candidate has an active online presence and is comfortable posting about the spa and its services to help attract new clients. Additionally, we prefer someone with a small existing client base they can bring into the spa.
Responsibilities:
* Perform customized facials using Circadia & Skin Script products.
* Learn and incorporate Ayurvedic skincare techniques into treatments.
* Provide waxing services (face, body) with skill and precision.
* Educate clients on skincare routines and confidently recommend retail products.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment space.
* Stay updated on industry trends, skincare innovations, and product knowledge.
* Post about the spa and its services on social media to help generate new leads.
* Bring in and nurture an existing small client base while also growing new clientele.
Requirements:
* Licensed Esthetician in Florida (must meet state licensing requirements).
* 1 year experience in esthetics, including facials and waxing.(preferred but willing to train the right candidate)
* Knowledge of Circadia and Skin Script products (or willingness to learn)
* Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate products to clients.
* Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
* Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions regarding services.
* Active social media presence and willingness to post about spa services.
* Ideally, has a small client base to bring into the spa.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for holistic skincare.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in treatment areas.
