Position: Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during various treatment procedures
- Set up and breakdown operatory post-treatment
- Take dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Perform expanded functions as per state guidelines and certifications, including placing composite restorations, taking impressions, and performing coronal polishing
- Assist with front office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Certification or degree from an accredited dental assistant program
- Current CPR certification
- Certification for expanded functions specific to the state (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with dental practice management software
- Familiarity with digital dental technologies
- Preferred experience working in a dental office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
