Nail Technician
I am seeking a skilled and passionate GelX Nail Technician to join me and my fun little salon! The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nail care, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves performing a variety of nail services while ensuring a clean and sanitary environment for our clients. If you have a flair for creativity and enjoy helping clients look their best, I want to hear from you!
This will be a chair rental position with a table supplied. Ideal for someone who already has a client base but wants to expand and take on more clients.
Duties
- Provide professional nail care services, including regular manicures, gel Overlays, and extensions.
- Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Refer additional services such as facials and body waxing.
- Assist in retail sales by promoting products that enhance the client’s experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail art and techniques to offer innovative services.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have.
Qualifications
- Valid nail tech license with certification as required by state regulations.
- Strong understanding of nail care techniques and sanitation practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in other nail styles, such as dip and builder gel, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
