Shift: Full Time Every Weekend

Qualifications: Requirements of the Receptionist:

  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Receptionist experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Receptionist:

  • Greeting all visitors to the nursing home, answering questions and guiding them to proper location
  • Answering phones, taking messages, and returning phone calls
  • Organizing transportation for patients needed to keep appointments at outside facilities.
  • Performing clerical duties such as copying, faxing, emailing, etc.
  • Route calls, messages, faxes and perform other clerical tasks.
  • Order and maintain inventory supplies.
  • Provide basic information of the services of the nursing home to clients.
  • Receive and forward admission inquiries to the marketing department.
