Youthful Medical Spa is looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time or part-time Front Desk Receptionist! The ideal candidate will serve as the face of YMS, working directly with patients as they check into the spa and ensuring their first impression is nothing short of wonderful. This role requires someone who must be reliable in interacting with patients in a fast-paced environment. You must be friendly, outgoing, and ready to interact with guests making for an exceptional experience when the guest arrives.

Responsibilities
– Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
– Manage incoming and outgoing mail
– Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
– Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and proofreading
– Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about the company’s products or services
Requirements
– Proficiency in Google Suite and general computer literacy
– Strong customer support skills with excellent phone etiquette
– Ability to efficiently file, type, and handle phone systems
– Familiarity with computerized systems is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
